Once I have completed assembling custom PC, tried to tweak CPU and RAM memory overclocking.

Bios upgraded to F11 from F3.
CPU Overclocking to creator mode and gaming mode using RyzenMaster.
Memory overclocking to 3200Mhz with 18-19-19-19-38 timing.
CPU temp has been found up to 92 C which is way too high and it went up to 75 C after booting with nothing is running.
All setting has been reset to default but overheating CPU issue still remained.

CPU SOC voltage changed from 1.2xxx to 1.12xx in BIOS and found idle temp was stable between 40 ~50 and early 70C when gaming.
